ona46 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
As part of our responsible gaming commitment, ona46 allows players to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Players may also contact customer support to implement deposit restrictions.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account from which you made your deposits, or to an alternative Indonesian bank account registered in your name after additional verification.
ona46 aims to process withdrawals within 1 to 24 hours of approval, excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank's processing schedule and may take an additional 1-3 business days.
ona46 offers various bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements.
ona46 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other activity that we deem to be undertaken for the purpose of exploiting bonuses rather than genuine recreational play.
All games on ona46 are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game or on our website. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before playing. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate games, use bots, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

While ona46 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to service unavailability.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all affected bets and game rounds will be void, and funds will be returned to affected player accounts. Players must report any suspected malfunction to customer support immediately.
If an error occurs that results in incorrect odds, payout amounts, or game outcomes, ona46 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust player accounts accordingly. This includes voiding affected bets and recalculating balances. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds that do not reflect the true probability of an outcome), we reserve the right to void affected bets even after settlement.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Closure requests due to responsible gaming concerns will be processed immediately.
